This mini course provides an introduction to mantra meditation and breathwork, with a guest teacher providing a mini breathwork journey. We are experiencing life through our inner landscape - consider these practices as an upgrade to how you experience & show up in your life.
Each week we will use a (generic) mantra in the session that you can then practice with throughout the week. Along with other techniques & tweaks to your days that will re-connect you, ground you & improve your presence & mental clarity. On our 3rd week together our guest teacher will provide an introductory to breathwork and guide you through a mini breathwork journey.
