Learn Awareness Insight Meditation (AIM) and develop the tools to support your own daily practice. This course is the foundation of a transformative meditation practice. After which you will have a deep understanding of meditation, our human nature & how to integrate this new practice into your everyday life. You will also have the opportunity to become part of our meditation community. To learn & develop your own practice is possibly one of the most compassionate and kindest thing you can ever do for yourself. Self-sufficiency is the ultimate key to fulfilment, contentment and joy. A skill that can trickle into all parts of your life. I’ll teach you how to meditate without the apps, without technology, the good old fashioned way.

The course is in three parts + a follow up session 1 month later, each is a one hour & 30 minute session over 3 days.   The first session will be held online; then in person at my home in Kaiwharawhara, just north of Wellington City.

On the course you will deep dive into:

  • How to develop a sustainable daily practice

‍You will leave the course armed with all the knowledge and tools you need to start your own daily practice, and keep it up. You’ll also become part of our meditation community and have a list of reading that will supplement you on this path.

After the 3 part course you will also have access to:

  • Weekly guided meditations online
  • Ongoing monthly meditation chats & group meditation in person or online
  • Follow up session - 1 month post course
