Possibly the most compassionate and kindest thing you can ever do for yourself, is learning to meditate and then applying the knowledge and practice to your life. Self-sufficiency is the ultimate key to fulfilment, contentment and joy. I’ll teach you how to meditate without the apps, without technology, just the good old fashioned way.
Learn Awareness Insight Meditation (AIM) and develop the tools to support your own daily practice. This course is the foundation of a transformative meditation practice. After which you will have a deep understanding of meditation and also have the opportunity to become part of our meditation community.
The course is in three parts, each is a one hour & 30 minute session over 3 days. And is ideal if you prefer to learning 1 on 1 instead of in a group setting.

You will leave the course armed with all the knowledge and tools you need to start your own daily practice, and keep it up. You’ll also become part of our meditation community and have a list of reading that will supplement you on this path.
