Possibly the most compassionate and kindest thing you can ever do for yourself, is learning to meditate and then applying the knowledge and practice to your life. Self-sufficiency is the ultimate key to fulfilment, contentment and joy.

If you’re curious about starting or returning to a practice, I guide a weekly “Meditate” class through the School of Modern Meditation. It’s online, every Wednesday at 6:30am (NZT). You can join from wherever you are; camera on or off, whatever suits you.

This is a chance to see if my approach feels like a good fit. No expectations, no pressure; just come and try. I’d love to have you there.
